From newly engineered logistics programs and field-based aftermarket services, to industry-recognized maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, HII provides full-spectrum service solutions to commercial and military customers worldwide. Simply stated, no matter what or where you are operating our AGSE, HII is your one-stop operation and maintenance partner.

HII maintains a large stock of approximately 1,200 components for supporting our equipment and customers in an expedited manner to reduce down time of field equipment. HII is the OEM of the majority of these components and maintains design configuration control conformity to the AGSE product standards.

Our spare part department staff is well aware of the urgency of spares inquiries and they are very reactive to customer needs.
HII maintains an obsolescence parts program for all of our products in order for customers can take advantage of the whole life cycle of the products.

HII can provide packaged kits of spare parts and components as a proactive measure to minimize equipment down time based on the recommended spare parts provided with the equipment documentation. Customers can purchase these packaged kits during the initial equipment order or at any other time in order to establish an inventory in advance of any required repairs or maintenance. At HII approximately 70% of spare parts are produced in advance of customer orders to ensure availability under both urgent and non-urgent circumstances.
